My GC is still working. Can you help?
Yes. Owner-side oversight can help review progress, payments, scope and change orders while your contractor remains on the job. Changes in responsibilities must be handled through applicable agreements.
What if required permits were not pulled?
We review available permit and inspection records and help identify questions and next steps for the local authority and appropriate professionals. Requirements depend on the project and work already completed.
Is the introductory call free?
Yes. The 20-minute call is free, with no payment required to book. A detailed Rescue Assessment starts at $1,500, with scope and pricing agreed separately.
What should I bring to the call?
Your questions, project area, contract, plans, invoices, draw history, photos and any permit paperwork you have. Documents do not need to be polished.
Do I have to hire Epex for the next phase?
No. The assessment helps inform your next decision. Ongoing management or construction work would require a separate scope and agreement. Your attorney handles legal advice and contract termination.
