These terms govern use of this website and the purchase of the Construction Feasibility Review and related advisory services.
Nature of Services
Epex Consulting LLC provides construction advisory, document review, project management, and owner's representation services. We do not provide legal advice, engineering certification, appraisal, architectural services, or licensed inspection services. Our review does not guarantee contractor performance, project outcomes, permit approval, or cost savings. Recommendations are based on the documents and information you provide.
Payment and Cancellation
Fees are stated at purchase. The Construction Feasibility Review fee is due before delivery begins. If you cancel before work begins, we will refund your payment in full. Once review work has begun, fees are non-refundable.
Confidentiality
We treat your project documents as confidential and use them only to deliver the engaged services, subject to legal requirements and the use of service providers operating our systems under confidentiality obligations.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from the services is limited to the fees you paid for the applicable engagement.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by Texas law. Venue is Harris County, Texas.
Pending Legal Review
These terms are an operational draft pending review by Epex Consulting LLC's legal counsel.
